When a new project brief is received, the first things to establish as firmly as possible are likes/dislikes in the design ideas and colour way concepts of the client. It is essential to consider the locale - the environment also comes into play with the outcome of the design and decor or a project, and can not be ignored.

Once we have a clear idea of what the client is looking for, our next step is to search, dream, draw, create - and finally, to build mood boards out of ideas through which we then take to the client.

These mood boards contain everything we can think of - furnishings, lighting, colour ways, artworks, linens, crockery & cutlery, glass ware, tap ware...each and every single little thing needed to create the whole.

Once this step is completed and the client is satisfied, we can then start sourcing craftspeople to manufacture products to spec from designs - or to locate products from other suppliers.

It's a lengthy, precise process - but it is also huge fun!
